How to Import Products from Another Store?

Overview​

To import products from another store, you'll need to follow a two-step process:

  1. First, import the products into our app
  2. Then, select and create the products you want to transfer

Step-by-Step Guide​

Step 1: Import Products and Blogs to Our App​

First, ensure the products and blogs you want to import are available in our app:

  1. Follow the process described in How to Import Products for products
  2. For blogs, follow the steps in How to Import Blogs
  3. Wait for the import processes to complete

Step 2: Create Products in Target Store​

Once the products are in our app:

  1. Go to the Products page
  2. Select the products you want to transfer
  3. Click the "Create products" button
  4. Confirm your selection

Important Notes​

  • Make sure to import products first before attempting to create them in another store
  • You can select multiple products at once
  • The creation process may take a few minutes depending on the number of products

Best Practices​

  • Review the products after import to ensure all data is correct
  • Select only the products you need to transfer
  • Monitor the creation process until completion
  • Verify the created products in your target store
