How to Join a Team?

Overview​

This guide explains how to join an existing team in XB SyncMaster using a Join Key. Team membership allows you to sync products and collaborate with other store owners.

Prerequisites​

  • An active Shopify store
  • XB SyncMaster app installed
  • A Join Key from your team administrator

Step-by-Step Instructions​

1. Access Organization Settings​

  1. Open your Shopify admin panel
  2. Navigate to Apps > XB SyncMaster
  3. Go to Preferences > Organization

2. Join the Team​

  1. Select the "Join team" radio button option
  2. Paste your Join Key into the "Key to join team" field
  3. Click the "Join" button
  4. You'll be added to the team immediately if the key is valid

3. Verify Your Membership​

After joining, you should see:

  • Your store listed in the Members section
  • The team's auto-sync settings
  • Other team members' stores

Keep your Join Key secure and don't share it with unauthorized users. Each key is unique to a specific team.

You can be a member of multiple teams simultaneously. Each team may have different sync settings and members.
