Email Marketing

Overview​

Turn wishlist intent into sales with automated email campaigns. Send reminders when items are added to a wishlist, when they go on sale, or when they come back in stock.

Requirements​

  • Plan: Basic plan or higher.

Usage​

  1. Go to Features.
  2. Click on Email Marketing.
  3. You will be redirected to the Email Marketing configuration page.

Campaign Types​

  • Wishlist Reminder: Remind customers about items sitting in their wishlist.
  • Price Drop Alert: Notify customers when a wishlisted item goes on sale.
  • Back in Stock: Notify customers when a wishlisted item returns to stock.

Configuration​

For each campaign, you can:

  • Enable/Disable.
  • Set the trigger timing (e.g., "Send after 2 days").
  • Customize the email subject and body template.
